Swig is seeking a Shift Lead to help operate the store smoothly and uphold Swig’s high standards. You’ll lead, train, and support teammates while ensuring quality drinks, food, and a clean environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, exceptional guest service, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates show leadership, strong communication, and a can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow with the team. Must be at least 16 and have reliable transportation.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Complete store checklists and deposits.
• Train, mentor, and communicate with team members.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals.
• Craft drinks and food following Swig procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, outdoors, and workspaces.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain food rotation and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and promote menu items to enhance guest experience.
