Job summary

Swig in Utah is hiring a Shift Lead to help our team deliver a fun, fast-paced guest experience. You’ll supervise the floor, train teammates, and ensure every cup and bite meets Swig’s standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing tasks, coaching staff, managing deposits, keeping areas clean, stocking, and assisting with to-go and delivery orders. Great fit for energetic, detail-focused leaders who value teamwork and guest delight.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.
• Food handler's permit required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Regular, predictable attendance and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening/closing tasks and store checklists.
• Train, mentor, and communicate with team members.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals.
• Craft drinks and food by Swig procedures.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces.
