Job summary

Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety. You will train new hires, monitor cash handling, and ensure accurate POS transactions in a fast-paced plaza environment.

Responsibilities include daily opening and closing tasks, daily cash handling, and maintaining product knowledge across the plaza’s offerings.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policy.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures.
• Assist in training new team members and cross-training.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
