Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Ability to lead a team during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and focus, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relationships.
• Provide regular feedback to GM on Team Member performance.
• Train and coach Team Members, manage conflicts with GM support.
• Assist GM with candidate screening and labor management.
• Support inventory control and cash procedures.
