Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Shift Lead in Providence, RI to drive team performance and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will lead shifts, coach Team Members, and coordinate with the GM to execute business initiatives while upholding Taco Bell standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs. from one area to another).
• Attendance and Punctuality a must
• Operating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers.
• Basic Math skills
• Maintains customer satisfaction and adheres to health and safety standards
• Promotes and champions Taco Bell's culture and values
• Provides constructive feedback to Team Members
• Executes shift duties accurately and efficiently
• Promotes equity, inclusion, and belonging

Responsabilités

• Execute the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Offer ongoing constructive feedback to Team Members.
• Participate in training Team Members.
• Handle conflicts constructively with the GM to resolve.
• Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates.
• Assist with P&L by following cash control and security procedures, inventory, and labor.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
• Assist the GM with facility maintenance and health/safety standards.
