The role leads shifts, develops associates, ensures product quality and service, and helps control costs. Candidates should meet food safety requirements and be comfortable in a bustling kitchen.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Pass and maintain Food Safety Certification as required by state.
• Ability to stand for 8–9 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to manage allergens (peanuts, dairy, gluten, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead team on shifts, assign tasks, and provide feedback.
• Follow security and back‑of‑house procedures.
• Count cash drawers and handle daily cash procedures.
• Prepare quality finished products and ensure food safety.
• Restock lines, clean areas, and manage waste.
• Operate cash register and handle guest concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.
