Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to meet Taco Bell's standards and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach Team Members to complete Shift Excellence tasks.
• Oversee food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Provide feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist with staffing, training, and cash control.
• Maintain inventory and manage labor.
