Job summary

Taco Bell in Haltom City, TX is seeking a Shift Lead to drive team performance in a fast-paced restaurant. You will lead shifts, coach Team Members, ensure health and safety standards, and partner with the GM on operations and P&L controls.

You will resolve customer concerns, oversee food safety, provide feedback, and help manage labor and inventory while maintaining Taco Bell's culture and guest experience. This role offers growth and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience is preferred.
• 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Adhere to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell's standards.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to the GM on performance.
• Train Team Members and handle conflicts with GM.
• Assist in screening Team Member candidates.
• Support P&L management by cash control, inventory and labor.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, cooking and holding times.
• Assist with facility maintenance and health & safety standards.
