Job summary

Taco Bell in Baltimore is seeking a Shift Lead to energize the team, manage shifts, and ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues and coaching Team Members.

You will oversee MIC routines, maintain food safety, handle cash and inventory, and collaborate with the GM on staffing and performance feedback. The role offers competitive hourly pay, flexible schedules, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.
• Attendance and punctuality required.
• Operates cash register and makes change as needed.
• Basic math skills.
• Promotes Taco Bell culture, inclusion and belonging.
• Background check and work eligibility required.
