Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• 18+ years of age and ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Basic math skills and cash handling familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet high standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and guide team members to achieve results.
• Oversee shift tasks, food safety, and order accuracy.
• Provide feedback to GM and assist with candidate screening.
