Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication and management/leadership skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs as needed.
• Attendance and punctuality are required.
• Promotes Taco Bell culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Execute MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain neat appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Provide feedback to GM on team performance.
• Coach and train Team Members.
• Assist GM with candidate screening.
• Assist with P/L by following cash controls and managing labor.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, cooking, and holding times.
• Support facility maintenance and health standards.
