Job summary

KFC Prattville is seeking a capable Shift Lead to energize the team and uphold our high standards. You will coach Team Members, resolve guest concerns, and partner with the management team to drive store success.

Responsibilities include supervising shift tasks, ensuring food safety and order accuracy, handling cash controls, and providing feedback to the RGM. A strong communicator with 1 year of restaurant/retail exp is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity required (ability to move up to 50 lbs).
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.

Responsibilities

• Execute shift tasks and maintain a clean, neat appearance.
• Oversee Team Members' completion of shift tasks.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the RGM on Team Member performance.
• Assist with screening Team Member candidates.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management following cash control procedures.
• Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times.
• Support RGM with facility maintenance and health/safety standards.
