Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity and ability to move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Cash, security, inventory and labor policies must be adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Execute Shift Lead duties to drive customer satisfaction and adhere to KFC Connect Success routines.
• Oversee team members’ shift tasks and ensure clean, neat appearances.
• Handle customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to RGM on team performance and assist with screening candidates.
• Assist with cash controls, inventory, and labor management.
• Ensure proper food preparation, safety, and holding times; assist with facility maintenance.
