KF in Mobile, AL is seeking a Shift Lead to drive performance during busy shifts. You will coach Team Members, ensure tasks are completed, handle customer concerns, and uphold KFC standards for food quality and safety.

You will work closely with management to support scheduling, cash handling and inventory while maintaining a positive, fast-paced guest experience. Ideal candidates bring 1 year in restaurant/retail and 3 months of shift lead experience, strong communication, and reliable

Formación

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience required.
• 3 months of shift lead experience preferred.
• Able to manage cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts with energy to meet KFC standards.
• Oversee team members, ensure shift tasks are completed and rules followed.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive guest relations.
• Coach and provide feedback to team; assist with training.
• Assist RGM with scheduling, cash control, inventory and labor.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and timely order preparation.
• Support with facility maintenance and health & safety standards.
