KFC is seeking a Shift Lead to energize the team and uphold KFC's standards in a fast-paced restaurant. You will lead by example, coach Team Members, and ensure smooth shift execution.

Responsibilities include overseeing task completion, food safety, order accuracy, handling guest concerns, and providing feedback to the RGM. This role offers competitive pay, growth opportunities, and a suite of benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, coach Team Members and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee food safety, quality and order accuracy.
• Handle customer complaints and provide feedback to RGM.
• Assist with hiring and training new Team Members.
• Assist with P&L by following cash controls and labor.
