Job summary

KFC Greenville, SC is seeking a Shift Lead to drive performance during busy hours, coaching Team Members and ensuring food safety and service standards. You will resolve guest concerns and uphold routines to deliver exceptional experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in restaurant/retail with 3 months in a shift lead, are 18+, and can manage cash, inventory and labor with a positive attitude. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience required, 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have good cash handling skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs as needed and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy, coaching team members to meet KFC standards.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive guest relations.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, labor and safety procedures.
• Provide feedback to management and assist with candidate screenings.
