KBP Brands is seeking a Shift Manager for a KBP Foods KFC franchise to lead a dedicated team and ensure outstanding customer service at a busy location.

You will oversee daily operations, coach team members, and maintain high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency while supporting career growth within our franchise network. This is a full-time, on-site role with attractive benefits and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
