Job summary

KFC is seeking a Shift Lead to energize and guide a fast-paced team, resolving customer concerns and upholding high standards. You’ll coach Team Members, participate with the RGM on business initiatives, and ensure food safety and timely order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in restaurant/retail and at least 3 months in a lead role, with strong communication, leadership, organization, and reliability. Great benefits, flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Operates cash register and makes change as needed.
• Maintains customer satisfaction and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing KFC Connect Success Routine.
• Oversee Team Members' completion of shift tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to RGM on Team Member performance and training.
• Assist with screening Team Member candidates and with PAIN/Labor control.
