KF is seeking a Shift Lead to drive shift performance, lead a fast-paced team and uphold KF’s standards. You’ll resolve guest concerns, coach team members and collaborate with management on store initiatives. You will oversee cash handling, inventory, labor, and food safety to ensure a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in restaurant/retail; 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Strong communication, management and organizational skills.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs; maintain health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and guide team members; monitor shift tasks.
• Assist RGM with hiring, cash controls and labor management.
