Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 1 year retail or restaurant experience (leadership position preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Support managers in running smooth and efficient shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Be proficient in communication with both the management team and team members.
• Keep the team productive and on task even on slow days.
• Step into any position when needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, food quality, and safety standards are met.
• Coach and motivate team members.
• Train new hires and fine-tune experienced staff.
