Job summary

KFC is seeking a Shift Lead to drive performance across shifts, coach Team Members, and partner with the RGM on business initiatives. You will manage tasks, ensure safety and quality, and resolve guest concerns while upholding KFC’s standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in restaurant/retail with 3 months as shift lead, strong communication, and the ability to move up to 50 lbs. Join us to lead a fast-paced team and deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 50 lbs.
• Attendance and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Execute KFC Connect Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee team members' shift tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly with positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the RGM on team performance.
• Assist in screening team member candidates and cash control procedures.
