Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to meet Taco Bell’s high standards and resolve customer concerns.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and ensure clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Provide feedback to the GM on performance.
• Assist with labor, inventory, and cash procedures.
• Assist with screening Team Member candidates.
