Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Shift Lead in a fast-paced environment in the United States, Arizona, Yuma. You will lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding food safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with the GM on business initiatives, manage labor and inventory, and help screen candidates. The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and driving results with strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks within a fast-paced setting
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and strong math skills

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts with energy and passion to meet Taco Bell's standards
• Coach and guide team members and provide regular feedback to the GM
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders
• Handle customer concerns and maintain positive relations
• Assist with cash control, inventory, and labor management
• Oversee cashier operations and make change when needed
• Support with hiring, training, and performance management
