Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant or retail experience.
• 3+ months of shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to follow cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC success routine.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Offer ongoing constructive feedback to Team Members.
• Actively participate in training Team Members.
• Handle conflicts constructively with the GM.
• Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management by cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
• Assist the GM with facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
