Job summary

Taco Bell in Yulee, Florida is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations with energy and a focus on guest satisfaction. You will lead shifts, coach team members, resolve guest concerns, and partner with the management team to execute routines and initiatives.

You will manage cash control, inventory, labor, and health and safety standards while promoting Taco Bell culture and values. The role requires 1 year in restaurant/retail, 3 months shift lead preferred, 18+ and strong communication,

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, 3 months shift lead experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs
• Basic math skills and cash handling procedures

Responsibilities

• Execute MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain cleanliness
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain positive relations
• Provide feedback to GM on team performance
• Assist GM in screening candidates
• Assist with cash control, inventory and labor management
• Oversee food preparation, rotation, and holding times
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed
