Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure high-quality service during your shift.

You will supervise restaurant and kitchen staff, uphold brand standards, train teammates, manage safety and inventory, and collaborate with management to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Strong communication, a can-do attitude, and flexibility with shifts will help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Proven ability to supervise a team and delegate tasks.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory procedures.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant and kitchen staff during assigned shifts.
