Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations across Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon locations. The role focuses on leadership, staff development, and delivering exceptional customer service within fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate will supervise shifts, drive performance, and uphold brand standards while maintaining safety and quality across all service areas.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication with customers and staff.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication; ability to provide feedback.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team through busy periods.
• Basic knowledge of food service operations and safety.
• Physical stamina to lift and move objects up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth performance.
