Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, customer service–oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance for deposits.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Able to learn new concepts and operate a computer.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers; support peak hours and handle complaints.
• Assist in daily store operations: reporting, banking, inventory, and upkeep of facilities and equipment.
• Support merchandising and promotions; ensure shelves are stocked and pricing is correct.
• Supervise shifts when manager is absent; train new staff and contribute to performance reviews.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
