Break Time Convenience Store is seeking Shift Leaders to assist with store management and operations. This role involves managing finances, supervising shifts, and completing paperwork to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Candidates should be at least 18, friendly, and able to work flexibly including weekends. The position requires reliability, basic math, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, customer service-oriented person who enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance with adequate transportation to/from bank.
• Flexible availability which may include all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Works well individually and in leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers; support peak hours and handle complaints promptly.
• Assist in daily store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, bookkeeping, fuel management, and upkeep of facilities.
• Execute merchandising and promotions; ensure shelves are stocked and prices are correct.
• Supervise shifts in the manager's absence; train new employees on policies and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, employees, and management.
