Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver fast, friendly service; support peak hours.
• Assist daily store operations: reporting, banking, inventory, bookkeeping and fuel management.
• Support merchandising and promotions; ensure products are stocked and properly displayed.
• Supervise shifts in the absence of the manager; contribute to performance evaluations.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors and staff.
• Understand store finances and assist with loss prevention and expense control.
• Help recruit, train, and develop team members to meet goals.
