Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team, oversee daily operations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at our Virginia location. You’ll supervise staff, coordinate service flow, and help maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to keep operations running smoothly and deliver the Sonic experience.
