Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Shift Leader/Supervisor in a restaurant environment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Food Handler's Certification and Alcohol Service Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages hourly team members and interacts with guests professionally.
• Executes opening, mid, and closing duties per procedures and recipes.
• Handles guest concerns and leads to positive resolutions.
• Performs cash-handling, POS setup, comps, voids, and deposits.
• Maintains food safety and oversees inventory and prep lists.
