Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of experience as a Shift Leader/Supervisor in a restaurant environment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Food Handler's Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Service Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Hourly Team Members and interacts with Guests in a friendly, professional, and responsive way.
• Executes opening, mid, and closing duties daily following Velvet Taco's standard procedures and recipe guidelines.
• Skilled at handling Guest concerns and guiding them toward a positive resolution.
• Presents self as a leader among the Team Members and motivates others to follow procedures.
• Maintains food safety and inventory processes during shifts.
