Job summary

Wings Over in Madison, WI is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise Crew Members, open or close the store, and assist with cash drawers. You will model Wings Over standards and help maintain a fast, friendly guest experience.

The role requires supervisory experience in food/hospitality, Serv-Safe certification, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. You will coach team members, uphold safety guidelines, and contribute to store goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of store-level supervisor experience in food/hospitality.
• Serv-Safe certification required.
• Able to communicate clearly and coach others.
• Willing to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Crew Members and assists with opening/closing the store.
• Models Wings Over standards, values, and behaviors for the team.
• Trains others on core products, processes, and FOH/BOH workstations.
• Coaches team to uphold health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Checks cash drawers and assists with deposits as needed.
• Supports store goals and overall sales growth.
