Job summary

Wings Over in Somerville is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise Crew Members, open or close the store, and assist with cash drawers. You will model Wings Over standards and maintain cleanliness while coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Serv-Safe Certification required.
• At least 1 year of store-level supervisor experience in food/hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Works side by side with the team frying chicken, greeting guests, and modeling Wings Over standards, values, and behaviors.
• Supervises with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of Wings Over.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and trains others on core products, processes, and FOH/BOH workstations; coaches Crew Members on such items.
• Identifies and communicates appropriate responsibilities and duties to store Crew Members to ensure smooth flow of operations.
• Keeps all workstations clean and organized and coaches team to do the same; follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
