Job summary

Wings Over is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise Crew Members, open or close the store, and assist with cash drawers. You will model Wings Over standards and values while coaching team members and ensuring smooth daily operations.

This role requires a positive leader who communicates clearly and maintains safety and cleanliness. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisor experience in food service, Serv-Safe certification, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of store-level supervisor experience in food/hospitality
• Serv-Safe Certification required
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely
• Able to appropriately handle confidential/sensitive information
• Flexible schedule – nights, holidays, weekends; ability to open/close shifts

Responsibilities

• Oversee Crew Members and supervise operations on shift
• Open or close the store and assist with cash drawers
• Model Wings Over standards, values, and behaviors
• Coach Crew Members on core products, processes, and front/back-of-house tasks
• Ensure smooth flow of operations and maintain safety and sanitation standards
• Support store goals and sales growth through daily activities
