Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee a coffee stand shift and guide the on-shift crew. You’ll ensure drink quality, process accuracy, and fast service while providing encouragement and direction.

This role requires engaging customers, handling payments, and coordinating with stand management for smooth operations. You’ll train teammates, monitor inventory, and maintain sanitation standards, delivering a positive customer experience even during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Experience in leadership or management roles in a fast-paced service environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and customer service with a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of beverage prep, recipes, and drive-thru operations preferred.
• Commitment to safety, sanitation, and quality control.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of a shift and lead the on-shift crew.
• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter correctly in POS.
• Ensure drink quality, speed, and customer interaction stay high during the shift.
• Provide training and development support to team members.
• Communicate with stand management about staffing, equipment, and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and friendly work environment.
