Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Regular weekends and holidays availability.
• Experience in management or leadership roles preferred.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for several hours.
• Comfortable with driving-through operations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to confirm drink orders and enter them into the POS.
• Know all recipes and secret menu items, including stand processes.
• Oversee shift operations: drink quality, speed, energy, and customer experience.
• Communicate with stand management about personnel, equipment, and inventory needs.
• Assist in training and developing team members during shifts.
• Collect payments and provide correct change; prepare all drinks and premixes.
