Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Retail experience: 1 year external, or Lead role with 6 months training completed.
• Completion of required training tests for Intermediate level prior to key holder status.
• Managers with ≥6 months experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the GM to learn store operations, sales plans, profitability, payroll and controllable expenses.
• Perform water analysis and basic repairs.
• Increase sales and customer traffic.
• Enforce safety protocols across the team.
• Identify and recruit new team members.
• Maintain clean, well merchandised, welcoming store.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Open/close store duties, including cash deposits.
