Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to learn store operations and procedures.
• Conduct water analysis and basic repairs as needed.
• Increase both commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by the team.
• Identify and recruit talent to join the team.
• Maintain a clean, merchandised and welcoming store environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Opening/closing store duties including daily bank deposits.
