Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering strong store execution and customer service. When managers aren’t onsite, you’ll lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed to standard.

You’ll oversee operations, supervise crew activities, and ensure a welcoming, efficient shopping experience for customers while maintaining confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Management: Work with store management and crews; supervise the crew; communicate across teams.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, handle questions and complaints; maintain a positive shopping experience; protect confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price and stock shelves; manage displays and signage; follow weekly promos and POgs
