Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management and assists with vendor deliveries.
• Maintains inventory counts and ensures accurate pricing and signage.
• Assist with exterior and interior store upkeep and basic department organization.
• Ensures compliance with laws for regulated products and completes daily housekeeping and price changes.
