Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles cash.
• Engages customers and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store systems, inventory, and pricing accuracy.
• Acts as liaison between management and team when management is not present.
• Attends training and completes required PPLs.
• Reports disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.
