Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store in the absence of management and ensure start-ups, cash handling, and floor readiness.
• Handle cash transactions, refunds, voids, and pricing adjustments with accurate records.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing signage, including backroom organization.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, order exceptions, and reverse logistics as needed.
• Support customer experience by greeting customers and resolving questions to ensure satisfaction.
