Job summary

BBQ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team and oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to recipes, procedures, quality, timeliness, and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise staff, uphold policies, maintain cleanliness, mentor employees, and help drive guest service and financial performance through efficient labor, food costs, and standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• NRA ServSafe food and alcohol certifications preferred.
• 2 years restaurant or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees during scheduled shifts.
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and upkeep.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
