Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support crew members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain operational standards.
• Manage shift activities including opening, closing, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, deposits, and balancing registers at shift end.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance and morale.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Coordinate with management to implement promotions, special events, and operational changes.
