Job summary

Jimmy John’s Franchisee in Lexington, SC is hiring a Shift Lead to run a shift, ensure world-class customer service, and uphold operational standards during your hours.

You’ll oversee opening and closing procedures, food preparation, cash handling, and quick, friendly service, while guiding a team to stay fast and accurate.

This role offers opportunities for full-time employment, paid training, and room to grow within a busy fast-food operation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that every customer receives world-class customer service.
• Routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery business and speed within the four walls of the restaurant.
• Completes and oversees daily food preparation (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production.)
• Completes and oversees opening and closing procedures.
• Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness. Completes daily paperwork as necessary.
• Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift.
• Displays a sense of urgency in all tasks.
