Job summary

Jimmy John’s is seeking a Shift Lead to run the shift, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintain store standards. You will lead a fast-paced team, oversee opening/closing procedures, and train staff to uphold operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that every customer receives world‑class customer service.
• Routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery business and speed within the four walls of the restaurant.
• Completes and oversees daily food preparation (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production).
• Completes and oversees opening and closing procedures.
• Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness. Completes daily paperwork as necessary.
• Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift.
• Displays a sense of urgency in all tasks.
