Jimmy John’s is seeking a Shift Lead to support the General Manager by overseeing in-store operations, ensuring quality, and leading by example in a fast-paced environment. This role participates in the inshop tipping pool that is included on the biweekly paycheck.

The Shift Lead ensures store readiness, guides team performance, and upholds Jimmy John’s standard of simplicity and fresh in-house prep. This position emphasizes positive, energetic leadership throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store.
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision.
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees.

Responsabilités

• Oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager.
• Ensure the store is in exceptional order and employees perform duties properly and efficiently.
• Lead by example with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Support inshop tipping pool as part of the biweekly paycheck.
• Assist in maintaining simple operations with the in-house process flow.
