Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members throughout the shift to meet Brand standards.
• Set goals and assign tasks; provide timely feedback.
• Maintain guest experience and a respectful team environment.
• Cooperate with training of crew members and coaching colleagues.
• Drive guest satisfaction by resolving issues and maintaining service quality.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and Brand standards are followed.
